
本公司开发的MDYB系列电炉喷补料,是采用优质重烧镁砂和其他碱性复合材料,通过合理的粒度组成,与特殊复合结合剂、添加剂混合制作。烧结良好、抗渣性强,且回弹率小,附着率高,便于喷补作业。可广泛用于电炉、超高功率电炉的热区,渣线、炉坡、侧壁、出钢口等部位的热修补,是使炉衬达到均匀蚀损、提高寿命的理想的配套材料。
The MDYB series electric furnace gunning mix developed by our Company adopts high quality dead burned magnesite and other composite materials, combined with special composite wedding agent and additive through proper size composition. It is well sintered, with strong ability to resist slag, and small rebound degree and high adsorption, which facilitates gunning operation. It can be widely used in the hot zone of electric furnace, ultra high power furnace, or for the hot repair of slag line, furnace slope, side wall and tap hole and etc. It is the ideal auxiliary material to achieve the unifom corrosion damage to the furnace lining and improve the service life of the lining.
