Relying on the rich and high-grade magnesite resources,we have a series of production systems including mining,sintering,fusion and finished products. The corporation,consisting of seven mines and five plants,is strong in technical power with over 50 engineers and senior engineers as well as a fully trained workforce. Main products includs magnesite, caustic calcined magnesite powder and briquettes, dead burned magnesite, middle grade magnesia sinter, electric fused magnesite, electric fused magnesia chrome clinker, Mg -C brick, Mg -Ca brick, Mg -Al brick, Al -Mg -C brick, magnesia -chrome brick, burned magnesia brick, zircomia brick, special unburned brick and all kinds of magnesia repairing material, gunning mix, ramming material. painting material, etc.

　　The Corporation,has been expoiting the famous Yaoling and Zhujia magnesite mines,which is of great advantage in developing magnesian refractories.The proven reserves in the seven mines amount to 450 million tons, among which 60% are those with MgO≥47%. In addition to the high purity, the magnesite is well known both at home and abroad for its low sulfate and phosphate content. Mining is wholly mechanized with annual output capacity of 1.5 million tons.

　　Magnesite sintering plant: at present we have 12 kilns for producing caustic calcined magnesite with annual output of 80000tons; 8 shaft kilns for producing dead burned magnesite with annual output of 150000tons. One shaft kiln for producing high purity dead burned magnesite with annual output of 40000tons.In addition we have 2 crushing production lines and 2 briquetting production lines. Jinzhu brand magnesia sinter of our corporation won the prize of high-quality product from the ministry of Agriculture of PRC.

　　Electric fused magnesite(EFM): it is one of the big EFM plants in China, which covers an area of 40,000㎡, among which 18,000㎡ are modernized production buildings. The plant has one 80,000 KVA transformer substation, thirty 1,600 KVA EFM furnaces, with annual output capacity of high-quality EFM 180,000 tons.

　　Magnesia carbon brick plant: it was put into operation in 1985 and is one of China's earliest manufacturers producing magnesia-carbon bricks. Today its annual output capacity of magnesia-carbon bricks reaches 60,000 tons, with advanced equipments: 14 brick presses(one vacuum 1,600-ton brick press, three 1000-ton brick presses and ten 800-ton brick presses), 8 mixers and 10 infrared ray drying kilns. Other accessory facilities are all equipped and the equipments are advanced as a whole. The JINJING brand magnesia carbon-brick won the high-quality prize from Liaoning Province.

　　High purity magnesia brick plant: the plant has 2 high temperature tunnel kilns, ten brick presses (two 1,000-ton presses, two 630-ton presses and six 400-ton presses), six mixers, with annual output of over 30,000-ton unburned refractory bricks.

　　A new plant is under construction,with two high-temperature tunnel kilns, a production line of 50000tons of burned bricks and a production lines of 70000 tons of unfired bricks annually,including two 2500-ton hydraulic presses imported from Germany.It also has 15 friction presses with complete accessories. They will be put into operation in May.2008.

　　In 2007,the corporation invested large amount of capitals to build another 3 advanced high purity dead burned magnesite production lines,with annual capacity of 150000tons; mainly produces MGO>97% and MGO>97.5% high purity dead burned magnesite. This products will major in export. The whole project will be finished by May,2008.

　　There is an inspection & test center and a research center in the corporation. The inspection & test center is well equipped with various instruments. Personnel in the center has rich experiences and is skilful in operation, who monitors the indexes of raw materials to and finished products from the corporation to control the quality. The research center, headed by a professor-level senior engineer, is home to 5 other senior engineers. They concentrate on the development of new products and giv technical instrctions to plant production.

　　The corporation also has domestic and international marketing departments. On March 31^st, 1995, the corporation obtained import and export right from China MOFTEC. Products in large quantity have been exported to over 20 countries and regions, including USA, Japan, Republic of Korea, Canada, France, Belgium, South Africa, Germany, etc., and are widely praised by customers and enjoy high credit.

　　Domestically, the corporation has been regularly supplying Anshan lron & Steel Complex, Capital lron & Steel Corporation, Wuhan lron & Steel Corporation, Taiyuan lron & Steel company, Shijiazhuang lron & Steel company, Guanzhou lron & Steelcompany, Benxi lron & Steel company and Fushun lron & Steel Company and our products are highly approved and commended by customers. in 1998 the company passed the approval of ISO9002 international quality comtrol system. In December 2003, the company passed the approval of ISO9001-2000 quality comtrol system.
